3. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. Where required, a minor must place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may purchase as a guest or create a customer account. When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is complete, current, and accurate.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Products

Yagami Kazuno sells made-to-order merchandise, which may include apparel, accessories, drinkware, wall art, home products, and other printed goods.

Products are normally manufactured only after an order has been submitted and approved for production. We do not guarantee that every product, size, colour, variation, or print provider will remain available indefinitely.

We may add, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue products without prior notice. This does not affect orders that we have already accepted, unless the ordered product becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

5. Product information

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, sizing, materials, colours, photographs, and mockups accurately. Nevertheless, slight differences may occur.

Differences may result from:

• screen brightness, colour calibration, or display settings;
• the size, placement, or proportions of a printed design;
• differences between product sizes and variants;
• the printing, embroidery, or manufacturing process;
• minor variations between production facilities or batches;
• updates made by the product manufacturer or supplier.

Product mockups are visual representations and may not show every minor manufacturing or printing characteristic.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, colour, size chart, measurements, and selected variation before placing an order.

6. Pricing, currency and taxes

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on the website are in United States dollars (USD).

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is submitted. A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

Product prices may not include shipping charges, import duties, customs charges, or taxes unless these amounts are expressly shown as included.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout where they can reasonably be calculated.

Where an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error has occurred, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it and issue an appropriate refund.

7. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout. Payment may be processed by an independent payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
• the billing information supplied is accurate;
• you authorise the payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Payment providers may process transaction, fraud, verification, and billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or not successfully completed.

8. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production.

We may review an order before accepting it. Acceptance generally occurs when payment has been confirmed and the order is approved or submitted for production.

We may reject, place on hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• payment failure or suspected fraud;
• incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information;
• product or variant unavailability;
• an invalid or undeliverable shipping address;
• a clear pricing or technical error;
• a suspected breach of these Terms;
• legal, regulatory, sanctions, or shipping restrictions.

When we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, we will normally refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method.

9. Changes and cancellations

Because products are made to order and may enter production quickly, requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We may be able to make a change only if production has not started and the fulfilment provider permits the change.

Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to change or cancel:

• the product;
• the design;
• the colour or size;
• the quantity;
• the delivery address;
• the shipping method.

10. Production and fulfilment

Products may be manufactured, printed, packed, and dispatched by independent fulfilment providers selected according to product availability, destination, production capacity, quality, and shipping requirements.

An order containing multiple products may be produced by different facilities. As a result, products within the same order may:

• arrive in separate packages;
• have different tracking numbers;
• be delivered on different dates;
• originate from different countries or regions.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by order volume, product availability, quality checks, public holidays, weather, technical interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Shipping and delivery

Available shipping options, estimated delivery periods, and charges may vary according to the product, fulfilment facility, delivery country, and customer address.

Delivery estimates begin after production and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delays may result from:

• production volume or product availability;
• carrier delays or routing disruptions;
• customs inspection or import processing;
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• weather, natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays;
• events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. A carrier’s tracking status may take time to update after a label is created or a parcel is dispatched.

12. Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control customs decisions, inspection procedures, clearance times, or charges imposed by government authorities or delivery carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may lawfully be imported into their delivery country.

13. Returns and exchanges

Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:

• ordering the wrong size;
• selecting the wrong colour or variation;
• providing an incorrect shipping address;
• changing your mind;
• buyer’s remorse;
• minor differences consistent with the production method.

This restriction does not exclude any refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. Damaged, incorrect, or faulty products

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if an item:

• arrives damaged;
• contains a manufacturing or printing defect;
• is materially different from the product ordered;
• is the incorrect product or variation;
• is missing from the delivered package.

Include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• clear photographs showing the entire product and the specific issue;
• photographs of the packaging or shipping label where relevant.

We may request further information before evaluating the claim. Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Where a claim is approved, the available remedy may include a replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

A replacement or refund may be refused where the issue results from normal wear, misuse, improper washing, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or information incorrectly supplied by the customer.

15. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, postcode, telephone number, and other information required for delivery.

We are not responsible for a failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise undeliverable because of customer-supplied information, additional production and shipping charges may apply before a replacement can be sent.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbours, building management, and the delivery carrier before contacting us.

16. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions, availability periods, minimum spending requirements, eligible products, or usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one discount code may be used per order;
• codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed;
• discounts do not normally apply to shipping or taxes;
• codes may be withdrawn where misused or issued in error.

17. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including designs, illustrations, logos, text, product graphics, photography, layout, branding, and software, are owned by or licensed to Yagami Kazuno.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative merchandise without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the copyright, trademark, artwork, source file, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Reviews and user content

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

• the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
• you own it or have permission to submit it;
• it does not infringe another person’s rights;
• it is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, or misleading;
• it does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorised advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

We may moderate, reject, or remove content that reasonably appears unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant, abusive, infringing, or contrary to these Terms.

22. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yagami Kazuno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or a product.

This may include loss of profit, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Where liability can legally be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from:
